This policy covers the mrpxtech.com website and files you send so we can scope or build a simulation. It is not a certification. MRPX does not claim SOC 2, ISO 27001, or a similar audit.

What we collect
- What you type on the sprint intake: name, work email, company if you give it, the robot or system, and the engineering question.
- Files you choose to upload, such as CAD, URDF, ROS packages, layouts, photos, or notes.
- Basic server logs, such as IP address, browser type, and the page requested.
- Messages you send to the email address above.
How files are used
Files and engineering notes are used only to scope and build that customer’s simulation. MRPX does not publish customer files, robot models, or engineering questions. MRPX does not use them as marketing examples, training data, or public demos without permission. An NDA is available on request before you send proprietary files.
What we do not do
We do not sell contact details or customer files. We do not require an account to ask for a sprint.
How long we keep it
We keep intake records and files for as long as needed to reply, do the work you hire us for, and meet ordinary business record needs. Email us if you want a copy deleted and we will remove what we are not required to keep.
Other sites
The site loads Google Analytics on public pages. The surgical research console at the technology-demo URL is a separate tool and is not the Simulation Sprint.
